Bathroom for "workers" only

Good doctors and nurses. Everyone in billing should be in jail. I have has 3 procedures done in the past year and though I had either workers comp or myself paying to settle account. I still get bills for the same things....just months later. 1. Had a test done. Cost 31 for handling and I paid that. 2 months later received another bill payed that a month later another bill for the same test. And it wasn't a mistake the balance magically re-appeared on my chart. Fought them for 3 weeks before they dismissed it. 2. Had an accident at work and required an ER visit. Cost 400. Contacted my workers comp adjuster provided all information as they took care of reaching out. A month later received a bill. Asked my adjuster if he settled the account he said he did. So I sent him the bill and went to contact them. Another month later received another bill. Contacted my adjuster again and then handed him the new bill. He told me he had not reached anyone and they just leave him on hold or just don't call him back. A month later received a 3rd bill for 400 dollars. I contacted them this time and spoke to them about how I had workers comp handle the situation and that it was settled then magically they found all those payments and messages and settled the account. 3rd a standard PCP visit co pay of 25 dollars. Payed that at the office. Just received a bill guess what 1 month later. I'm fighting them on this now. This office is double charging everything. It's no accident. I've known enough crooks to know this game they are playing. Shame on relient medical group, shame on your billing , shame on your ethics. This should be criminal.

Stay away from this place !! They have to many patients your just a number. they do not care about you !!the staff answering the phone is very very rude and when I tried to make a complaint the nurse lied and covered for the women answering the phone!! Stay away at all cost

Reliant Medical Group does not have an urgent care facility in Webster. We have 4 ReadyMED locations across central MA. We do not take appointments at our urgent care.
Hi Constance. We don't have Radiology at our Webster department, but we do ultrasounds at our Auburn location at the Auburn Mall.
