We visited in the offseason (August) and were treated like gold.! We got a site overlooking the lake. The location is perfect for us to visit family and close to everything you could want. They were very accommodating when we needed a late check out and that helped us out immensely. We wish we would have known about this park on prior visits. We stayed on Fort Myers Beach and it was much more expensive and the sites were much smaller.

I cannot begin to tell how beautiful our spot is, we have a very secluded, no neighbors spot that is just beautiful! If you can get passed all the noise from businesses, sirens and traffic... And now the downfall.. right off a busy business hwy that is nearly impossible to get out of the park due to excessive traffic. Almost every day there are sirens going off 4-5 times a day. Drag racing starts about 9pm... and the business across from our spot is horrible. Everyday starting at 7am the loud revving of supped up Porsches, trailers slamming, hot roding thru the parking lot lasting until sometimes 11pm. The beauty of this spot destroyed by "city noise"... so much for a quiet vacation spot. $1800 if far too expensive to have to deal with all that. Off season of $900 is still to expensive for no peace and quiet.

Amazing park here. Everything is clean and the owner was really nice. The park across the river is close enough to go daily. We stayed the week of Christmas so we were able to enjoy the festivities they had. The long term neighbors (those that come each year for the winter months) are really nice too, made the stay very comfortable. Definitely on our list to return someday.

All spots are full service (50 amp,water,sewer) it used to be a trailer park ,only a few trailers now though. Its a nice park and lakes park being across a bridge is a huge plus for us
They do have both. It's a nice community for everyone all year round!

Great place to park management great no pool wifi good highly recommend
No cabins or rentals, but I'll tell you what, we stayed there for about a week and a half in our travel trailer, best campground we've ever been to, close to everything, an arch pedestrian bridge to the city park right behind you. Paved roads, level sites, good hookups, the staff, Robbie is awesome. 👍
