You can bring any or all of those things...there are a few shaded areas on the lawn...under trees, if this is an afternoon concert.

Yes on the grass...not usually in the seats in the covered shed.....

I was told by someone who works there that there is nothing after the beginning of September. But I would look at the website if I were you because people can often be wrong about these things.

Yes there is handicap parking and the staff will meet you at the entrance with a wheelchair to take you to the grounds and you can rent large comfortable lawn chairs to ciew the concert. Very accommodating, professional and kind

Closest to the gates I believe

They usually open at 5pm..but for JT concerts we get there early and take a place in line so we can get a good spot on the lawn. If you have tickets in the shed..you need not worry you can come anytime

Gates,are due to open at 5 but with 17k tickets sold, they'll probably open at 4. Parking lot probably at 2 if not earlier.

There are NOT there but last year, they were broadcast on jumbo tron ... James Taylor there 3rd AND 4th! 4th is a rescheduled show..

No there's no proof of anything at the gate. A few people chose to wear masks but for most part everybody stayed close to their group and didn't wear a mask

Lawn seating tickets give you access to the spacious lawn area that surrounds the shed. Bring your blankets, picnic baskets, wine, and even folding chairs and find a spot.

Snack bar with beer and wine was open last weekend

You can also pick them up at the box office when you arrive for the concert

They're encouraging folks buy tickets ahead of time due to limited capacity, but they will also be selling tickets at the door so long as tickets are still available

No. I believe you can get up to four free lawn tickets for kids 12 and under. But, not for popular artists series events.

It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive for newbies.. totally worth the drive and Lenox is a great town full of great food, shops and less expensive sleep overs in the neighborhood of Pittsfield...

The property was previously owned by the Tappan family.

Its a concert venue. There is an amphitheater and a bar and restaurant. Several concerts per day in mid- August. I was there to see Boston Symphony Orchestra perform on Film Night which featured the legendary John Williams for the second half if the show.

Yes, the stage is covered so there usually isn't an issue for the performers.

Yes you can bring all that into Tanglewood but NOT into the Pavillion. You will have to walk back to your car with the cooler. There is not much seating/picnic tables xo I recommend bringing chairs and blankets to enjoy your food and beverages! Enjoy...it really is a great experience!

I don't think I've ever seen people tailgating in the parking lots because you can bring huge picnics onto the grounds..... tables, chairs, food, booze, candelabras.....

Lots of giant parking lots In the immediate area. But there's still a bit of the walk towards the main gate.

There are still seats available at varying prices. Some are single seats and availability is low. Lawn seats are still available at $33 a piece.
