Came here 2 times so far. They are pretty quick to serve your food if it's before 9 or 10am. I like the strawberry cheesecake pancakes here!

they never seem to get my online orders or phone orders correct. they tend to jip you on pancakes or don't listen/read to the order correctly. I ordered food for my family and I also get the country fried steak and they always fudge up my order. this is the 4th time they jip me on pancakes. I'm better off taking orders at the la habra location other than the city of industry location.

Busy in the morning, but seated us right away. Our family size of 7 peeps was a bit big for thr location but we managed to make it through. Food was great bathrooms where clean.

I like the IHOP in Brea better. Took forever to be seated even though no one was waiting.. There was 1 person ahead of us that the hostess was talking to for a very long time, possibly about a to go order.. There needs to be more teamwork. …
