Ordered "No ice and no water" and was told "we don’t do that, if you want that, order different size" so I’m clear on the message that this Starbucks gives.

Ordered "Easy Ice" and was told "that's fine but there's gonna be a gap, room empty at the top" so that she Speak LOUD enough on their SERVICE, Definitely NOT starbucks SERVICE

I have not had this issue at this location. The Starbucks on Citrus and Grand in Covina has done this to us several times. Contact Starbucks corporate.
