Manager screams maniacally at tenants and handicapped individuals. Stray dogs also running down neighboring street into the park

Horrible manager....rude, mean, unfriendly. Bad area, felt unsafe, tight sites, loud music blaring from car repair shops on the other side of the fence, police sirens all night. Couldn't wait to get the hell out.
