I have come here twice now requesting dress alterations only to be turned away. The first time, she told me "it looks fine it doesn't need alterations" despite the fact that it was falling off my shoulders. Then she said it was too much …

I recently purchased an anime cosplay costume for my daughter to wear to a Halloween party. It arrived horribly wrinkled, but I thought I could easily steam the wrinkles out so I waited until the afternoon of the party to try (my bad). …

This place is great! Reasonable pricing and completes work in timely fashion. The staff always friendly and helps me out to my car when I have a lot of stuff. We use them for our work uniforms and jackets- great job putting on our patches and name tags.

They do alterations. I took a jacket there for repair. One of the zipper flaps completely tore away so the pocket was open even if zipped. They did such a great job on the repair that I couldn't remember which zipper broke in the first place. Based on my personal experience with them, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The people who own and work at this place a very nice people and they are honest people. I dropped off a bunch of shirts once to be pressed and starched. The man found a grease stain on the shirt and didn't want to send it out luke that. He asked to keep it another day, dry cleaned it, then pressed and starched it to my liking the next day.
