I had been waiting several weeks for this clinic to contact my dental insurance for authorization after being told by the front office manager Jeri that my insurance would not cover my replacement denture. I contacted my insurance and found out that since my plan was under a new employer that I had denture benefits that would cover up to 50%. Long story short after talking to Jeri on several occasion she had not even started the process of obtaining the authorization from my dental insurance. Very incompetent front office. Would not recommend.
