I hate to leave bad reviews for small businesses. I really do. This feedback is not for anyone else that works there, rather the young woman who greets and seats people. I came in to pickup my take out order at 10 am on Sunday July 24th and instructed this young woman as such. For starters, no smile, no customer engagement, nothing. After I told her my reason for being there, she turned her back on me and walked away without a word spoken. I waited there very patiently for 10 - 15 minutes waiting for her or anyone working there to at least acknowledge me or follow up. Nope. Not happening. I had to walk up to her and ask for a status check on my take out food. She looked befuddled and told me, "I don't know" and seemed content to leave it at that. Not helpful 😒 My food was ready to go on the take out counter before I ever stepped through the door and for a customer facing employee that has no sense connecting the dots was something I was not expecting. Her non verbal communication spoke volumes. I hope this young woman understands that small business are solely dependent on repeat customers and good reviews. Everyone there was very busy but this person either does not like her job or doesn't care. Either way, not good for business. The team is only as strong as the weakest link. I get it, people are busy and humans make mistakes. I think the mistake here was having this person greeting customers with no eye contact or welcoming gestures of any kind. Not her strong suite. It could be lack of training or contributing towards the greater good. Everyone's time is valuable. Please respect it. The food? Omelets were great, potatoes were cooked on the outside, raw on the inside. I am hopeful to return back again as the service here on previous visits has always been great.

Had a delicious brunch and a great experience the other day - the perfect follow-up to a hike through Dash Point State Park. Browns Point has an unpretentious, low-key diner vibe that's hard to find these days for us Seattlites, and I loved it. Everyone was super friendly, food and coffee were served quickly, and the food was delicious and exactly what we hoped for from a diner brunch. I had the "Mom's Mess" scramble, which had a great balance of sausage, bacon, hash browns, onions, and other ingredients. My brother said the "Dad's Omelette" was the best omelette he's had in a long time - he commented that it had ample amounts of three different kinds of cheeses, which held everything together like an egg quesadilla, so probably a good choice for cheese-lovers. My sister enjoyed her corned beef hash, and we all loved the fluffy half-stack of pancakes that we shared. While we probably negated all of the fitness benefits of our 4-mile walk through Dash Point, this brunch was totally worth it. So glad we happened to find this place on our short visit to the Tacoma area. Thanks for the great food and warm welcome!

Rock solid all around diner. My daughter usually wants me to take her there. Good food and service. Nice atmosphere and decent view. I haven't witnessed it personally, but my friends tell me karaoke here is fun on Thursdays and Fridays. Come eat here.

Great little diner for lunch on a chilly, drizzly Saturday afternoon. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful, chefs were accommodating with our request to turn the breakfast special Chile verde omelette into loaded cheese fries. The 11yo proclaimed the grilled cheese to be perfect.
