I went to the Lakewood location to purchase a gift card. They were extremely busy, but the attendant was still very helpful. He was able to take care of my request while helping the incoming customers for car washes. He didn't miss a beat and always remained courteous under all the pressure. I believe his name was Nick.

On 3/30/22 I visited the Lakewood, WA. location. I gave the man my credit card and immediately after (the same day) I received hundreds of dollars of FRAUDULENT CHARGES on my credit card. The name on the receipt is a womans name but it was a man that took my credit card. I had not used my credit card in almost a week and didn't go anywhere else and make a purchase. I have reached out to corporate. I would NOT go to this location unless you want your information stolen.

I hate to say this but I travel the state and this wash is a 2.1 on a 1-10. The people were great, I mean really great. It was the machine, and I get it, but man it bothers me that when I'm in an affluent area, they have a unbelievably well functioning drive-thru. I love my pass, I just wish I could get the same wash wherever I have my car. But again, I cannot emphasize enough how nice the crew was. It actually surprised me, what great spirit. Just hope they don't go up to Samammish, Redmond, Bellevue or well, you get the idea.
