Walmart SUCKS, they have gone so down hill it's I can't even begin how wrong they are on so many levels, if people were smart the would stop shopping there all together till they got there act together.
I swear they are trained NOT to help customers. But instead people get in the checkout line even though it goes all the way to the back of the store!!!
Come on people boycott Walmart till they treat there customers with RESPECT!

Picked up a nice battery for cheaper than I would have got AutoZone. But I got to say the older guy at the auto counter taking calls and waiting on car service customers was quite rude to people. Pretty unprofessional actually! The guy that helped me was in a wheelchair and was pleasant.

Good food good people who helped us out with our groceries and very courteous
Yes they do. You can also look online or the walmart app to see if they have in store or online. If its both online and store and online is cheaper they will match the price
I personally think it's just a matter of whether a particular employee actually wants to do their job or not. I know that when I worked in retail, there were some employees who always did what they were supposed to, and then there were others who lazily skipped certain aspects if they knew they could get away with it.
I had this issue myself and stop using curbside and have gone into the store as the curbside pickup has been very unreliable. I think the employees that are doing it or just in a hurry and if they can't find it they just skip the item
I agree, write and email corporate. My eldest is also Autistic and we have had to rely on Fred Meyer and Safeway at times as we have a Walmart locally that has a stocking deficiency also.

I Agree with Michel ...
Wal-Mart has a Gigantic Department that sells every kind of Electronic Device one can imagine, probably much beyond that.
Wal-Mart also has a Well-Trained, Knowledgeable Staff who will be happy to assist you any way they can.
Go, Look, and Enjoy the Adventure!

I don't think so, sounds like a Petsmart item. Should call them and ask tho' just in case.
Wal-mart is Open 24 Hours and That Means So is The Electric Department I'm Pretty Sure if You Go To That Department the Person There can Answer Your Question
It's my experience they only check u bagged items. Not offended by non bagged items. However no other department stores do this. Other stores have paid stickers on unbagged items. Perhaps their to cheap to buy stickers. Oxymoron for one of the richest stores in America.
Yes could you call in the morning at about 10 a.m. that's your best bet. Have a little bit of patience sometimes they have to overhead. If that does not work ask for a manager that usually works. Good luck
