What time dose the costumer service open?

No , thats incorrect , the store may be 24 hours but each stores department hours are different and will vary by location. You would have to call your local walmart to find out their customer service hours but typically walmarts customer service hours are 7am-10pm, most outlying departments are the same (IE jewelry) site to store pickup is typically 8am-8pm along with Money Center and pharmacy is 8am-7pm.
