My room was left unlocked and the door was ajar when I got back from work. The front desk didn't believe me, and did nothing. Room service left dirty coffee filters in my coffee maker. They only clean every other day and only put one caffinated coffee in the room. When I asked the front desk at check in they said there were 2.

By far the cleanest hotel in the area. I stayed at all the new hotels in the area that have opened in the past few years and this is the only hotel that is consistently clean! Everytime I stay at a hotel, I clean right when I get in especially during covid time. That's how I can tell this place is clean. That's most important to me vs the amenities because I stay in the room most of the time when I'm at the hotel. The gym is nice as well. The pool is small, but we don't go there for that. Breakfast is pre packaged breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal etc. The workers, from front desk to house keeping are always pleasant here. The rooms are spacious if you get the suite rooms. I like that there are 2 tvs in case someone wants to watch something else. The area is safe as it's right next to CHP and it's close to Ontario Mills and all the other shopping. This is my go to hotel and will continue going back here.

From check in to check out, everyone at Fairfield Inn was extremely helpful, kind, and went the extra mile to make my weeklong stay in Rancho Cucamonga as comfortable as possible. The room was great, the breakfast was solid, and the workout room kept me fit for the week. It was a great stay!

ALL staff did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be! Hotel was super clean. Pricepoint was perfect. Breakfast was good and nicely maintained selection. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Hotel grounds were very well maintained at all times. This was the first hotel in a VERY LONG TIME that made a lasting impresion. I am hoping other Fairfield locations are as good of an experience as the Ontario/California.
