This was my first time trying Dunkin' Donuts and it was pretty disappointing. All the food I had ordered smelled like dirty oven and both croissants / hash brown had burnt debris all over the food that caused such a nasty taste to it. I'm pretty sure the people making the food see how burnt and nasty it looks or smells but they still chose to give the food that way. It's just gross. I hope not all locations are like this because I rather get Starbucks or something else than to constantly get nasty food service like this.. The only thing that was good was the ice coffee, if I'm honest. But I did appreciate the help I received from the cashier who helped me get my refund back for the food. Everyone else just seemed to hate their job.

My first time there 12/20/2021 first I'm going to say I love Dunkin’ Donuts❤️☺️ but I also love friendly customer service this place doesn't have it! Please teach Your staff the etiquette of customer service

I asked for Splenda as well in my coffee and didn’t get any I come here a lot and they always mess up one thing. The lady could have just took some ice out and gave me more coffee I wasn’t even rude about it lol I work in customer service but this place has the worst service
