The food here is great if you can get an accurate order. Everytime we come, half of the order is wrong. Even after confirming many times what we wanted. If the employees would write down the order and repeat it back, it would help a lot. Out of the 4 bagels I ordered, I only received 3 and none of them were toasted like I asked for multiple times.

I love Western Bagel, the service is fast, professional, friendly, and accurate, and the bagels are delicious. I got the jalapeno bagel with salmon lox, cucumber, jalapeno cream. Incredible flavor with out too much spicy. LOVE IT

I have been ordering these bagels for delivery almost two years. I am obsessed with the everything bagel with garlic and herb cream cheese. I also enjoy the egg ala bagel with bacon when I need a hearty breakfast.

Good bagels. Not great, like in NYC, but good regardless. Usually a line but the staff moves efficiently and it's not a long wait.
