Good room size, comfortable beds. Coffee station had a used k-cup in it. No blackout curtains in the room. Biggest disappointment was the staff being unhelpful. We used digital check in from the app so we didn’t need to interact much but front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge us at all. We made a big mess at breakfast with spilled apple juice (which had gone bad anyway, extra gross) and nobody had anything to clean it up with, nor did they offer to help. I did the best I could with paper napkins but the staff seemed completely unbothered. We won’t stay at this property again.

I had bad experience with hotel: 1- They gave wrong room size, after i put my staff in the first room I called them and asked them we asked for 2 beds, he checked for me and he transfer me to the new room. 2- This is first time I see floor it's not clean , the carpet need to be wash, because if you walk without slippers your feet will be black. 3- the hotel don't have slippers and bath robe. 4- You should to ask for tooth brush and liquids shampoo and they don't have a liquids body wash. 5- One day I left room at noon and I asked for room services, when I came back at night my room it's not clean they said we have shortage of staff. 6- First day in the room, I saw sugar on the side table and on the floor too and a lot of dust on side light. 7- The very good thing I found in the hotel the staff in the restaurant in the breakfast time. 8- I asked them to provide me a water kettle to use it to make a tea, they said we don't have it.

It’s a typical airport hotel but the rooms need a renovation, looks like the 90th! The room size was very good, with TV, fridge, microwave and coffeemachine. Clean room. The personal was friendly and helpful. A choose a room at the App with digital key but when I arrived the room and key was not ready so they gave me a other one. Breakfast was good with fresh cooked omelet, but always for pay.

We had reservations at the Doubletree in El Segundo, but found them closed for renovations when we arrived. Quickly Googling for some place close that we could stay at and leave our car for two weeks we found the Hilton Garden Inn in El Segundo. A quick drive and we found it and am very glad we did. We explained our situation to the desk clerk and he was extremely accommodating. He found is a room and they have the stay and fly package. He apologized for what happened (even thou it wasn't his fault) and was super friendly. The hotel was nice, very clean and in a great location. The room was perfect! Very clean and spacious. The bed was perfect, not too soft (as many hotel mattresses are) and made for a perfect night's sleep before our cross country flight the next day. They have breakfast on site but you have to pay for it. We opted to just take the shuttle to LAX and eat there after checking in. Our shuttle driver was fantastic! Very friendly! We got into a conversation with him about the famous people he has shuttled in the past, really interesting. Needless to say, we will be staying there for our next flight from LAX. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn - El Segundo for a perfect stay! We'll see you next February for our stay/fly for vacation! Very highly recommend this hotel!
