We ordered the signature chicken nuggets. These are not your traditional McDonald nuggets. It is basically boneless chicken chunks grilled. Not what we were expecting so disappointed. The dark and white meat chicken meals were good; however the ribs and chicken combo was a disappointment for my husband so much so he doesn't want to order ribs because it is often times a miss. The staff was nice but although the dining area looked clean while we were eating, it didn't feel clean so we won't come back if ever traveling back to LA. My daughter and I love Boston Market.

4 out 5 because I felt like ribs could have been better for the price I paid but it was a tasty Mother's Day dinner. I will return and I do recommend.

I was appalled to find out that I would not be allowed to dine in, even though there is no vaccine mandate civering restaurants in Lawndale, without showing proof of vaccination. THE FRANCHISE OWNER MANDATED THIS!!!!! The franchise owner has not responded to my complaint about this in addition to the fact that their restroom (which is for customers AND employees) was out of service for what seemed like months. I choose my own medical treatment and figure that if a restaurant decides to discrinate against me for dine-in, they don't need my business anymore, not even for takeput. So I don't patronize this location lately, especially since the franchise owner hasn't bothered to respon

Horrible service, had placed an order here for Christmas Eve and they waited until 5 min when I requested it to be delivered to tell me it’s canceled. Total lack of respect for the customer and I recommend that no one ever place an order here.
