Updated Review: After leaving an accurate review of the level of service received by Jennifer in Service and emailing Steve the service manager he sent a runner out and pu my vehicle and corrected any and all issues and returned my vehicle the same day. Problem solved..Thanks Rick Prior review:Very disappointed in the level of service provided by Jennifer in the service dept. We received our 2021 Cadillac Escalade back from a basic service/Tire rotation etc. I questioned Jennifer when I made the appointment if the “tires would be rotated and pressures adjusted” “she assured me they would be rotated and set per factory specs” I picked up the vehicle from Jennifer Wed Aug 10th noticing they didn’t set the pressures (per the dash PSI), they were set at 36/37/38/39 a 4psi difference. When my wife arrived back home she said “well they didn’t rotate the tires” when I questioned her how she knew she stated “the wheel on the RT ft has a scratch from where I bumped a curb a few weeks prior”…sure enough tire/wheel in the same right ft position also confirming they didn’t touch the pressures or rotate the tires even though I was charged for that service. If management (not Jennifer) would like to contact me and rectify the situation I will edit this review. As of now I could never recommend this dealership or Jennifer (who has a sour attitude) to anyone for a service here.

Kris Bronenill was by and far the BEST salesman I’ve dealt with. This is my 2nd Cadillac from Kris and again he made it all right. Very pleased with his service. Service Dept is also excellent to work with.
