They paid me out on the low grade wire price when it was romex wire. I got $1.05 when it was going for $1.80 - $2.00 everywhere else. Didn’t realize till about week later went elsewhere with half the weight and got same amount money. So I started looking into how it happened and pieced it all together. Watch them and now what it’s worth ahead of time.

When calling they give you a price then when you get here they give you the lowest price for copper!!! So I called and ask for the price they told me if it was clean it was 3.90 a pound! When I get here I ask again they say the same thing then when I go to cash out they give you the lowest price because it’s not clean! Or #1 copper. And when you go ask them they don’t admit that they gave a price that they where talking to another customer it’s their excuse for not to own up to their mistake.

Each company has its protocol but we who dedicate ourselves day by day strive to find the material that they import to other places in order to refine the material for new uses and in order to anger new products because they are not fair with the prices of the metal paying a penny and a half a pound is not fair to expect gasoline to rise in price to pay higher metal when they should be more aware that we are looking for to survive by sponsoring health at stake for a penny and a half a pound is not fair believe conscience and pay as it should be the real price of metal you earn give us to win also live let be live just don't steal the poor for being poor thanks for raising and for the years you have served CT community

Albert Bros sucks .. go visit Continental.. way better pricing and staff. I dropped off 700lbs of metal and got $6 ... The same weight any where else would have been $24-$30.. but they don't tell you that until you've dropped it all off already . Worst experience I've had .
