Literally these employees need better training. This is the second time I’ve had a bad encounter in this location. The first time I had allowed it to occur and had given the employees the benefit of the doubt. But this time it was beyond crazy. I had been the next person in the store and at least two or three employees had walked by and ignored me and greeted other customers. I understand this is probably a commission based job, but at the end of the day, you can’t pick and choose who you want to help. I’m beyond annoyed because the last time I had come to the store I had mentioned I was worried because my chain the clasp had kept acting up. The necklace was constantly falling off my neck, the employee told me there was nothing wrong with it and she couldn’t help me. Less than two days later the necklace had fallen off again which resulted in me losing the chain. I had gone back to the store and explained the situation because I had insurance I thought they would just replace the chain. She tells me no that only covers if it is broken. So now I have no chain to my necklace and have to buy a whole new one. I am beyond annoyed with their customer service it makes me angry that I ever even purchased with them in the first place.

I walked in and walked right out. I stood there and not one out of 3 people in there even attempted to say anything to me. They all just looked and ignored. If you’re busy it would be nice to at least have a “hello, I’ll be with you in just a second” (not to mention that they literally had no one), but looks like no one knows about costumer service in this place.

I honestly don't know. But don't EVER bring your watch to get fixed there. Brought a Movado there in October and they STILL haven't fixed it..... or even know where it is. Matter of fact, take the train to NYC and go to the diamond district. That's where all CT jewelers get there merchandise from and they triple the sale price. DON'T BUY ANY JEWELRY IN CT!
