The flavor of the food here is great and consistent! The chicken usually has crispy skin/breading and is juicy inside. Unfortunately the wait time is pretty crazy every time we have ordered. I could understand waiting if my order was correct. But every time we have ordered here (over 10 times) it has been wrong every time... In one instance it was missing an entire bundle... This specific time it was missing our tenders and when we notified staff they said okay and we weren't given a time frame that we would wait for the tenders or if they were even making them. Again the food always tastes great but it stinks that I have to dump my order out on their tables every time I visit because I don't want to be missing food when I am spending over $70 usually. It seems like an easy fix of checking off the items when they are put in the bag or putting them in the bag in order. Unfortunately it has been a disappointing experience every time :(

Food is horrible it has no flavor and bland as hell. The chicken is over cooked and tossed together with no care of flavor or presentation. Service was below sub par at best! I placed an online order on my way into town. I got there 10-15 mins after I placed the order and when I got there they were just putting my wings in the fryer! I will NEVER go back!!

Five stars for the service. Shoutout to the workers Tony and Corey made my late night trip to Wingstop worth it! They were welcoming, friendly, informative, and top notch in their handling of my order. I wish the rest of the Wingstops were as lucky to have these two as employees.

Do you people ever answer the phone? I’ve called about 700 times since last night. I ordered food to my house and it showed up half eaten, missing a drink and the other drink was straight soda water. I ordered original fries well done and got wedges that were not even cooked. I ordered a 15 piece and only got 8 pieces (He only ate the Louisiana dry rub wings, must be his favorite). I ordered plain tenders and got the empty container they were supposed to be in. I ordered two ranch and obviously the lovely driver needed a ranch to go with the wings of mine he ate. Also, I was missing straws for the drinks, my guess is that he took a straw and tried the sprite first, spit it out because it ended being straight soda water, grabbed the other straw and had the Diet Coke instead. Hence, why I only received one drink. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone….. Do not mess with a pregnant women’s food. It’s been 24 hours and I am still angry. This is not over.
