The exam itself isn't very thorough. I always leave feeling like it could have been better. It's some old guy who doesn't take the time to make sure you definitely can see right. Just makes one or two adjustments asking if it's more clear than the last lense. Doesn't keep going to make sure definitely can see clear instead of just a slight adjustment. Then I waited over a month for my glasses. Called every week and kept getting different answers as to how long it would be for my glasses to arrive. Was always told I would get a phone call when they came in but I still called just in case. But the last time I called I got hung up on with them saying no, they send a postcard in the mail when it arrives. So apparently my glasses were in for 5 days before I finally called again. I don't check my mail every day so I had no idea they were in.

Very happy with my visit I haven't worn contacts in years so the eye doctor would like to see me in a week.to make sure things are good before I place my order .Friendly good service. I talked more with her than I ever talked to an eye doctor about our lives I enjoyed that .I felt welcomed here

A couple of months ago, I had an exam (the doctor had to be reminded to cover her mouth and nose with her mask) and ordered new lenses and frames. At the time, they told me that it would take about a week to receive them. When I called back, they let me know that the order was placed to their vendor, but never fulfilled. I had to wait a total of 3 weeks to get my glasses. Last week, my wife's frames broke, and I called to get them to order replacement frames. When they arrived today, they were the wrong size, and now need to be reordered. I hope the correct frames will be ordered this time, but regardless, we will not be shopping here again.
