They changed the way they do things I pay in cash for my contacts and these people tell me I cannot pay when they arrive they want money right there and then and was told well you can’t pay that way anymore so now I need to find a new eye doctor because they want to control when I pay for contacts out of pocket and this was not how it was before. The greed is real!

Came All the way down to the vision center in the rain because I need an exam to get new glasses they told me come here at 1:30 I got here at 1:30 just for them to tell me know we can make an appointment for you tomorrow whoever answers the phone needs to learn English clearly

Over the years this place has gone down hill slowly. It is sad that after so many years of coming here I have to switch to a different Eye doctor because the consistency just isnt here anymore. The staff they hired in this place is horrible, 0 customer service, they clearly do not properly train them, and they have people working there that have no clue what they are doing. They do not take accountability for their actions nor mistakes. This new female doctor looked so confused and instead of her telling me what was best she asked me what I wanted to do because 2 different things worked the same when they do not!!!!! 🤔
