Will chase you to your doorstep LITERALLY for a ticket but missed the sea of actual targets. There is sea of handicap parking yet not one car had one. He chased me for mine and I have a handicap plaque!!! So whenever you need to give tickets with meaning feel free to return the extended stay of America in Meriden. You will have an endless quota refill. Oh that's right it requires physical movement beyond the cruiser. Retirement welcomes all. In the event a senior officer need help writing a ticket ....hand him/her pasture tickets. Make yourselves actually useful!

Meriden Police use a different radio protocol. You shouldn't be able to pick them up on scanner.
You can use the police department as a transfer/ pickup area, the courtyard and lobby have cameras.
