Well marked Departments, no lines, helpful and efficient Specialist behind the counters. Most important departments on one floor. Open Concept Plan. Council Chambers looked like water damage issues! Parking tight at different hours.

Hello, How do we appeal the taxes for this year...I am refinancing my home and am showing a $3,000 increase YOY....how is that possible? What are my options for appealing that...? I just had my house reappraised last week and only slight increase

If you go to the tax office at City Hall there is an appeal form. You will be able to use your appraisal as proof. I assume you're saying a $3,000 increase in assessment which would end up being a tax increase of about $75 a year. Mine went up $20,000 but I'm not batting an eyelash because the real estate market is very hot.

I hear fire trucks and ambulances all day everyday!!! How much are the tax payers being bulked for this over reaction???
