This company is an absolute joke you better hope and pray that you never get hit by anybody with their insurance or you will regret it for the rest of your life. These people could care less about you or your vehicle they don’t answer calls they will hang up on you they will just flat out ignore you avoid them at all cost !!!

Terrible customer service, absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Don't waste your money. These people don't care about you or your vehicle. Edit: it's now been 4 months without my truck. Due to safety insurance "company policy" the truck sustained frame damage and they insisted on replacing the frame. They said the truck would be like it was prior to the crash...well I can't get it back because there continues to be problem after problem. This company has cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Just to save themselves a couple bucks. After they "reached out" and I explained my frustrations and said I would not change my review, I was hung up on. This is THE worst insurance company in Massachusetts.

Insurance companies are protected by the Commonwealth. Didn't you know that?
probably, one of their plow trucks backed into me on a ramp. took them 3 weeks to send an auditor to the correct location even though it was given repeatedly. Its now been 4 weeks since my car got messed up and they only just got my statement.
Progresive has been lowest for me including covering my teenaged son on the policy
You file an appeal with the Commisioner of insurance@ Been there done thst.and won!@

If your in an accident and the vehicle is being repaired, it is a total of 30 days max in a rental. I could be wrong, but i think once a vehicle is deemed "totaled" they give you 10 days with a rental.
