Not that I am aware
The two places most people seem to advertise their plots for sale are Craigslist and the Franklin News Post. Once you find someone to purchase your plots, you would fill out a form called an Assignment (you can pick one up during office hours) and have it signed and notarized before turning it in at the Business Office at Franklin Memorial Park. There is a $50.00 transfer fee for the whole process. All persons who are listed on the current deed must sign the Assignment form in front of a Notary. If someone listed on the current deed is deceased, we require a copy of the death certificate if they are not buried at Franklin Memorial Park.
It's located at the top of the hill across from the mausoleum.
