Apparently someone wasn’t pleased with my last review judging from the lengthy and personable response I received back and since I cannot comment back I thought I’d add another review with my FACTS about my visit. First and foremost my cat was actively having a seizure while I was on the phone with Noah’s Ark and the lady on the phone was very polite and told me to come on immediately. Upon evaluation by Stephanie he was just a “normal” cat. I had a video of said seizure which was sent to her and she said to keep an eye on him and if anything else occurred she would re-evaluate him on MONDAY. She never even advised me to take him to the emergency vet if he had another seizure over the weekend. Thankfully a friend informed me about the emergency vet because my cat did have another seizure. Stephanie questioned my assessment skills and didn’t even want to do any follow up testing or observe him through the evening or overnight. So I really didn’t need her whole life story in the response to my last review and just because she likes to work doesn’t make her good at her job which I never said anything about her skills inside the facility because you can’t even enter the building. My main concern was her bedside manner and attitude towards me which was very unprofessional and demeaning. And I do believe if I have found another vet that has great communication and is thorough with her patients I don’t think I will ever have anything bad to say about her. Especially when I’ve gotten many after hour calls and complete compassion for my cat and myself. Also if I am treated with respect, dignity, and grace by my cats provider I will always in turn treat them the same. I don’t believe Noah’s Ark ever made any attempt to do any tests on either of my cats for me to make a comment about them only doing tests for financial gain so maybe that’s an insecurity someone there needs to work out within themselves so thank you, but this “ungrateful client” will continue her business elsewhere for life now. Good luck to your business in the future because I am sure it will soar with your professionalism and manners!
