Local gem that is guarded like a secret by locals (only reason for the -1 star). Traditional butcher with hard to find products and excellent cob-smoked meats. Far superior to other local butchers in regards to variety and selection. Great prices on "cheap cuts" (bacon ends, marrow bones), but also carry quality high-end cuts. Worth the trip! Tell your friends!
