We do have 2lb frozen packages of lobster and claw meat! Currently (June '21) lobster prices are through the roof due to production shortages and increases in transportation costs, so we have to charge $40/lb. Hoping that the prices start relaxing soon!

We usually have goat available two ways: frozen goat, bone-in, cut into cubes in 2.5lb bags; and whole goat cut 6 ways with no head. The 6-way goat usually comes in fresh but we will also usually have it frozen.

Hi Patricia - We do sell burger patties in various sizes! In the store we have 5lb frozen boxes with patties sized: 2oz slider, 2oz flat, 3oz, 4oz, 4oz square, 5oz, 6oz, and 8oz. We also have fresh tray packs in the store of 4oz patties (6/pk) and sliders (12/pk). Prices change weekly but this week (12/30/20) 5lb boxes are $17.50/box and the fresh tray packs are $3.89/lb. We carry assorted Halal chicken and beef products in the stores. Prices fluctuate weekly with the market. We make deliveries for approved wholesale accounts, but we do not make home deliveries. Thanks for your question!

Hey Cosimo - thanks for your question. We do sell factory farmed meats, but we also focus on sourcing local pork, beef, and poultry from several local farms and processors. Our sales volume is such that we could never fulfill demand with locally-sourced products only. The higher cost of meats from smaller-scale, local farms is often prohibitive for many retail customers and also wholesale kitchens. We always strive to meet the demands of our customers, whether it be sourcing organic, locally-raised meats or providing high-quality, conventional meats at competitive prices. As far as projecting a local image, Arnold's has been locally owned by the same family for over 50 years and has proudly served the local communities around Western Mass and Northern Connecticut. We have no outside investors. We bank locally. Our taxes are paid locally. The businesses and customers we sell to are local. All our owners and employees live locally. But yes, we do sell factory farmed meat.
