Been using this cab company for years but as of recently the service has been horrible have to wait a hour most the time and that's just to get ahold of someone to place the cab they cant even give you the time of day to say their busy or dont have a driver instead they keep the phone off the line so people cant call when they dont want to deal with it now my third time being late to work this week shouldn't have to call 20 times and wait 45 minutes just to have them say be there in 20 were backed up like how are you backed up when your app dosent work and I've been the only one calling for 45 minutes

Not amused with the service if this taxi company. I explained that I have 600 pounds of equipment coming off the boat I only need a 2 minute ride to the train station. They say 15 mins I say that's fine. They never show. I call again. Guy says he sent 3 taxis. Never saw a single taxi. Finally they call me a half an hour later and explain I need to walk to the next road with all my equipment. I said sir. I explain in the first conversation that I can't walk far with 600 pound of equipment. Finally 45 minutes of waiting I said I'm not waiting anymore and waiting for a bus. Not happy at all with this taxi company. If you need to get places WALK!

God awful business, I've used many times in the past. But I cancelled one time due to a ride I got from a friend, and they have refused service multiple times using foul language. I was just told the service would be provided in 15-20 minutes 45 minutes later I ended up having to walk home with a mass of groceries. This is not a fair review system being negative stars is not an option.

I attempted to schedule a pickup for a hotel guest the next morning and they refused the job. That would have been perfectly fine; everyone is busy, but they had no need to be rude and unprofessional to another local business which has recommended them for years. No longer...
