Were suppose to still follow rules with covid people my daughter was sick in now im sick and being forced to come in seriously... ask for my counselor to call me back get told no its not allowed im over it im tired of the way im treated its time to go above every ones head here to make a difference for the ones who show up everyday...

If you're looking for a treatment center that is willing to treat you like a human being worthy of a life well lived in recovery, CleanSlate is not the program for you. I thought I was more than a paycheck because the staff I've come in contact with for the last 20 months, have always made me feel like I am someone. Their providers responsible for signing prescriptions, those are the people who could care less whether you live or die. If you're considering CleanSlate, consider another program because if they aren't worthy of my recovery? They most certainly aren't worthy of yours.

2 stars because apparently my mom's script never got sent to the pharmacy she requested, when her usual Walgreens was out of stock. Now, 2 days sick & their phone line is busy. I dont understand why her script isnt at the requested pharmacy. Now, Walgreen's has her meds in stock, but they dont have her original script, claiming they never had it. So, a new script MUST have been made, then, right? No pharmacist would throw away a script w/out first confirming a new one was made & filled, right? WHERE TF IS IT??? Im so glad I left this place. No more randoms, no more supervised urine collecting, no more useless groups where we talk about Narcan or anxiety every other session, no more seeing 10 different ppl a visit, who dont take/read notes, no more repeating myself, no more missing scripts. My new doctor is great, & the nurse actually called to check on me, when my insurance effed me over & switched my meds to another brand. Anyway, someone messed up here, & it wasnt my mom. Both pharmacies are pretty bad, but if a script wasnt sent out, that's on Clean Slate, no?
