I always came here for my tools but customer service is horrible. A female named Jaqueline gave me her worse attitude ever. Taking out whatever happened to her that day on me when asking for help. I was a loyal customer till she served me. Speaking to me disrespectfully and looking at me as if I was not one of her kind. I reported her and nothing has been done. They need to hire more professional people again.

All our store associates are wearing face coverings in our retail store to protect you and them during this pandemic. We also have plexiglass shields between our registers and checkout counter. Need to sanitize your hands? Our Waterbury store has hand sanitizer readily available for use at our front counter to use when you walk in to our store.
