I called today to the pharmacy to find out if they received the prescription and if you have the medicine in stock. The staff member said yes but told me to hurry- they were closing at 6pm. It was about 5.40. I was feeling pretty badly, had a fever but I needed to start this medication right away. I rushed there and made it on time. The pharmacy member confirmed she remembers us talking but at first said they didn’t have the prescription, then when I showed it on my phone that it’s in progress, she said it won’t be ready today. Why on earth did she tell me to rush to Walgreens? Couldn’t she just let me know it won’t be ready? It was 20 min before closing time and she just could tell: don’t come, it won’t be ready. People working there have no responsibility. Lazy and dishonest workers!

absolute bozos are running this pharmacy... Pharmacist : "Your medication isn't covered by insurance" Me: "Do they cover generic"? Pharmacist"I don't know you can call your insurance" ... even CVS that I usually go to does that...can't get worse than that

Made an appointment to get a covid booster shot in the pharmacy but it closed on that day and they didn't send any notification. Their staff has no help with it. Just told you that they cannot reschedule for you and try to walk in tomorrow but no guarantee to get the shot.

They have nothing on the racks. Heavy set lady using a stick to attend customer blatantly accused people of stealing over the radio to her coworker after being extremely nice to their face. Wouldn't even look over when answering my questions about the fact that they literally dont have ANY shopping carts or baskets.
