They can do it! They work long hard hours and genuinely want to find solutions to all tech phone, tablet problems.
Unfortunately removing iCloud is nearly impossible for any technician unless they are APPLE, they might be able to remotely access your iPad and remove it. Call 1-800-My-Apple and see what they can do for you ! Good luck ! :)
I'm not sure I'm a Samsung user, went in for a problem and he tried to access me with the problem n he only specializes in the apple product but the cost about a G for a good one
