Absolutely love Narrow River! Been coming here every year since 2012, can't say enough about this place! Definitely worth more than 5 stars!!

writing this from the drive home. WOW do i not have enough stars here to give to this establishment. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. this is the best thing you could possibly do in your life so please don’t hesitate to come here and give these good people your business. see how i’m writing this from the drive home? i couldn’t even wait to write this dazzling review. i got to run around the beach like a little bird and sit with the birds as my paddle board got stuck in the shallow waters which was very nice. i love it here so much i wanna live here please come see it if you’re in the area.

If there is a public boat launch in this general area then yes. Check your online map for public boat launches.
Perhaps use Google to search for fishing info on the Narrow River, e.g. https://newenglandboating.com/fishing-the-narrow-river-rhode-island/
My experience last season was that Narrow River charges for parking in their lot across the road, plus a nominal launch fee. You must also sign their waiver to use their launch. Parking is limited.
Swimming is allowed! Can definitely be shallow though!
