Embarrassingly gross. Makes me realize why I shop at.CVS normally. I suggest all your employees quit just for quality of life if nothing else.

Every time I needed to get a prescription here, it would be “out of stock” and get delayed, or they’d say it was ready and it wasn’t. It would take over 30 minutes every month to get one prescription and often times I would have to go twice a month if they were out of stock of my prescription bc they’d give me a partial refill. They’re extremely incompetent and do not have their stuff together. I switched to CVS pharmacy on Telegraph Ave and the transaction took less than 5 minutes and was smooth. I do NOT recommend this Walgreens pharmacy whatsoever.

Very rude management and staff. We were quite in line, then the team yelled at us and told us to step outside to cool down! We didn't even do anything!

The entire management team needs to be fired from this location. And it can hire more floor staff with the money saved from firing the "security" guards. Beef jerky, deodorant, laundry detergent - all locked up. Customer service is non-existant. Shelves are always bare, posted sales are often wrong, and always expect to wait for 10 minutes to ring out, even if you're 2nd in line. The parking lot attendant will follow you in and out to your car, and not for your safety. Security is worthless - I've watched them watch shoplifters walk out the front door without getting up from their sacred chair. (To the Store: your detergent has high shrinkage because you put it near the door for Impulse Buying, and your "security guards" let people grab them and walk out.) Once, Security decided to bar my entrance in order to bark at me they were "closing soon". It was 45 minutes to Closing Time. It was important to get out of your chair for that? I'm positive the Walgreens corporation has given up on this location. Why install the new drink fridges if they're NEVER stocked? It's been 6 months. And are they ever going to fix the freezers? I've shopped this location for years, and I'm done. There's a CVS over on Telegraph off of Derby, folks.
