Small and not much of a selection of items. Funny people say you cant find anyone to help you but the minute you walk in as a black Individual all the sudden everyone is offering to help/racial profiling at best. Was bent looking at batteries all the sudden some random target guy pops up behind me talking about can I help you with somethibg maam. Felt so awkward as Im bent low looking at different batteries that I said NO and left the store immediately.

At the moment, this Target does not carry the GoPro HERO8.

Yes, you can. It doesn't matter at which location you made the purchase. Assuming the item is in returnable condition, you don't have to have a receipt to return it. If you paid using a debit or credit card and have that card on you, they can pull up the receipt. If you paid cash or don't have the card you used, they refund at the lowest price at which they've sold the item in the past.
