I've been coming here for years. Today was hands down the worst experience with dental work in all my days. The dental assistant did not suction the water out during the procedure which gag reflex caused me to choke and Dr. Barclay reprimanded me!! Train your assistant to do her job correctly and people wouldn't choke!! I am applaud with the LACK of professional mannerisms that I received from Dr. Barclay today. Hopefully this can give others a heads up, or give her an attitude adjustment. 1st Advantage Dental has been good to my family, this kind of unprofessional can end it. After Dr. Barclay was finished I had to return to the chair because things just didn't feel right, which caused her abrupt rudeness to amplify. I just pray I'm not in pain from this.

They dont take medicaid i have to go to Ballston spa for my dental since first advantage stop taking the insurance u posted
I'm pretty sure they do they have me crowns and talked about dentures there. They are very friendly and great give them a call.
