Citizens Bank always has a massive line, they refuse to hire more Tellers. The card scanner is broken so you can't get inside after closing. The ATMs regularly are out of cash, worst bank I think I've ever experienced.

The citizens bank of east boston a very bad service all the time the cashiers are out of order so that they attend to you, and having an hour-long queue is very bad for east boston
