My experience was the least bit enjoyable. First off, it took almost a week before the cargo was sent from the drop off location, then it arrived and I didn't get any notification until I made calls about 4 days after it was estimated to arrive only to be told it had arrived and I was to go pick it up and in the customer service agent's words "We don't inform people when cargo arrives, you have to call to find out". The site for tracking wasn't any help either as it still showed my cargo was in transit which is what I thought. Apparently it arrived, was held by customs, but no one thought that was necessary information to send across. Also, at their cargo warehouse in Boston, there're no signs telling you what to do, everyone just expects you to know. They should do better, update their tracking site, inform people on status of their cargo early enough, be helpful! This service isn't free or cheap either!

At Delta cargo they're wonderful services from the general manager to simple employee....its my love place♡♡♡♡♡♡
Free parking. Sometimes hard to find, depending on the time of the day. But usually is not that complicated
