Terrible experience. Extremely high prices for 1 day rental. Their contract forces you to pay a fee, because they have to pay to be located within the hotel. The car was also not available upon our scheduled arrival. Over 40 minutes behind, and no partial reimbursement was offered. Update- the car reserved we now found out is entirely not available and we are still waiting for a replacement. Do not use this company!

Unreliable location. Véhicule not available. Practice regularly overbooking. Cancel without alternative clients with corporate rate or not financial interesting rate. Staff is not monitoring the system or provide assist.

Great experience. I had to wait for about 20 min once I got there because there seem to be only one person running the place, but once he got there everything went very smoothly and I got a great car for a great price. Also the return process was very smooth and fast. Highly recommended
