Very, very clean! I mean I was surprised to find practically everything SQUEAKY clean when I arrived. Other Marriott hotels need to take a cue from this hotel's cleaning staff. Honestly. No stains, no hairs, no weird shenanigans. A pristine and clean room, comfy beds, nice hospitality, and a beautiful view of the Willamette River!

One of the newer hotels in Corvallis, and has a bit more upscale vibe than a traditional Courtyard. Room is spacious, super clean, and a nice sized bathroom. Bed is excellent. The only knock is the HVAC in the room is a bit noisy and weak.

This hotel has never disappointed, we've been staying here 2x a year at least since it opened. This was our first hotel stay during this pandemic and we didn't know what to expect. I'd give the hotel top grades for cleanliness and efficiency. We never felt uncomfortable, the room was spotless (including clean balcony doors and windows!). The staff was top notch friendly and eager to please. The location on the river is wonderful and relaxing. Short walk to all of downtown and even walk to the stadium is not bad. Definitely recommend!
