Positive: For being the absolute cheapest hotel in town, it was a great deal. The staff was SOOO incredibly friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond to be kind to me and my elderly travel companion. The rooms were clean and the sheets were white. 5/5. Negative: There was a bit of wear and tear in the hallways and the blankets in the room. but who cares! for less than $--- a night it was a great deal. Everything was waaaay above what I expected for that price point.

Positive: Quiet overall, clean and updated room. Have stayed here before. Negative: Always a little anxious about parking but haven't ever had a problem.

A clean, straight-forward hotel that is well located to retail conveniences. The room has a refrig, a small TV, the recent room I stayed in had vinyl wood floors which is great for allergies. The bathroom is basic, but the hot water was plentiful and hot and all was in good order/condition. I've stayed here twice while visiting my son at OSU. It works well without breaking the budget.
