This was a disappointing place to get gas. I pulled up asked for $20. She looked at my $100 and shook her head is annoyance. I said good morning and thank you and no response. She started my gas and walked away without a word while I was holding out my cash for her. She came back to take my cash and didn’t say thank you or anything to acknowledge our interaction. She brought my change back I said, thank you and she didn’t say your welcome or acknowledge me at all. The attendant had poor interpersonal and customer service skills. I won’t be back. Note: she wasn’t Deaf. I’m fluent in ASL and I would have noticed if that were the situation.

No! The little old manager lady was awful about over charging me. She is rude all the time anyway, but I assume it's not any easy or likable job for her. However, over charging people and then giving major attitude when called out for it is awful customer service. I gave her a piece of my mind about customer service. She also got snot on my debit card! Ugh. Just get gas at safeway! They are all really nice there.
