Great place for a good price. A little hard to find the entrance and the trailer park and railroad tracks make the location a lot to be desired. But the rooms were very clean and pretty nice. I only delt with the lady at the front desk but she was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the next time I need a room in the area. Very good bang for your buck.

My gf and I and dog needed a place to stay for the night due to family being in town and using our house, we called at about 930pm and checked in by 1030pm. Place seemed okay says pet friendly so we go check in and pay..on the form I marked that we had a pet. We go get our stuff from the car and dog and walk up the room. The old gentleman stopped us at the top of the stairs yelling at us rudely. The pet details are not listed anywhere online nor did he tell us the rules. But supposedly they only allow small dogs so at 11pm at night the man makes us give the keys back gives me money back says sorry and closes the screen on our face. We had no where to go and it was getting too late to find a hotel. He really screwed us and had no remorse or empathy. Didn’t try to help us at all or anything. We are extremely unhappy and confused and will of course never call this place again

The only reason we booked this hotel was because we did a hot deals through Hotwire.com. We wanted Eugene, OR and this is where we ended up. The gentleman at check in didn't understand me nor I him and the RV park they advertise is basically a row a trailers parked in the lot. Did I mention that the train tracks are about 50ft from the hotel? That was a surprise! You can see they are attempting to make it decent but our toilet was broken, we kept fixing it ourselves, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls are thin. It served the purpose, that's all.
