I went this morning to ask questions about membership and clases for my daughter and myself I was totally ignore by the gentlemen at the front desk. I decide to go to the other place not far from this one.

WARNING for anyone considering climbing with BKB: I was introduced by a friend of mine and enjoyed coming so much that I became an active member. I even started to introduce other friends of mine, some of whom became members, too. But when I brought some of my non-white friends (I'm white), staff refused to honor the advertised discount prices for first-time climbers -- the same price that myself and other friends had received just days before. When I tried to show the staff their own website, they immediately threatened to call the cops on us. When I contacted management to express my frustration, they essentially responded by cancelling my membership. They didn't refund the three weeks that I had paid for and tried to keep charging my card (I blocked the card). When I tried to contact upper management, there was no response. I really wish this was a fake review, but unfortunately it's 100% real. There are climbing gyms that do not engage in illegal and racist activities.
