Requires a town permit. Well organized. The gentleman at the entrance, will answer any questions, provide printed instructions, and will offer help if it's required. Eg: help you unload a tv. Open Saturday and Sunday, spring, summer, and fall. Open only on Saturday, during the winter.

No paint , only vegitation and scrap metal. Paint needs to go to hazardous waste .
To obtain a permit if you live in Newington, go to the Highway Department in the town of Newington, 131 Cedar Street. The address to the landfill is 2045 Main Street next to Churchill Park.
They accept computers and televisions, so I'm sure they accept sewing machines.
