I've been going here many years. I went a week and a half ago. A few days later the entire gel polish came off! Waited for Rosa to come in on Tuesday, she apologized and repaired. Two days later three more came off. I called and went back. Thank goodness I asked if there'd be a charge. Owner said YES 25$! REALLY? I Said they haven't even begun to grow out yet. She said, "sorry" I said, so am I and walked out. All these years abd when there is a problem on their end just sorry more $$. Nice way to treat your customers. I hope a mere 25$ charge was worth my many years of business.

Awful experience! The lady kept making mistakes on my nails and rather than restarting to fix it she just kept painting over them. They were so uneven and clumpy and sloppy work. I was so disappointed because I do my acrylic nails better myself and I’m not even a nail tech.

I got a gel mani on Sun 7/31. Wed I went back and she replaced 2 that completely came off. 3 more came off like they were fake nails. When I called to cancel my appt he said to me that happens sometimes! Really this is a first for me and last time I will go to Queen Nails. Never even apologized.

We have lived in New Port Richey less than a year and have finally found “our nail salon”. Everyone here is so professional and kind! They go the extra mile to make sure your experience is special and that you leave with a smile. On our last visit there was a sudden downpour as we were leaving and they even helped us to our car with an umbrella! We will be forever customers there!
