I helped my daughter get her very first apartment here, she lived there for 2 years. Her lease was coming to and end, she gave her 30 day written notice that she was moving. The manager harassed her while she was there, watching her every move. (Even commented about company she had over) mind you my daughter never paid her rent late. She was nice but rude at the same time ( that fake kind of care) then we left the apartment completely empty even vacuumed every crevice in the place only to receive half the deposit back. She charged her for everything she could, even 26$ for each blind. Of course the place was lived in. Real displeased with how greedy they were to take her money when she did everything they asked. When she moved out, we went over the lease agreement and took videos. But who wants to go through all the legal steps to get back what is rightfully deserved to her. If looking for an apartment I would NOT recommend this place unless you want someone watching over EVERYTHING you do and charging you for EVERYTHING they can think of, just to keep what is rightfully yours. I’m willing to show you proof of video evidence if you are truly considering this place as your home. Just my personal opinion but I would NOT recommend it!

Im a college student who has lived at WT in Findlay for two years now. It hasn't been "bad", but there are definitely some things to keep in mind if you're looking rent here. …Hello Maggie! We want to thank you for leaving us your review. We strive to provide the highest in apartment living experience. Our pool does usually open on Memorial Day, however this year with the added COVID-19 restrictions it was delayed. We were one of the few communities who were able to get the pool open by meeting all CDC requirements to do so. We, as I am sure you are as well, are hopeful for a normal season this summer! Thank you again for giving your experience, please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you.

I stayed here in 2017 for 6 months, didn’t really have any bad experiences. Enjoyed the winter and snowfall , Staff was good back in 2017.Hello Daffy! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your experience. We still have the same amazing office team at WInthrop as when you stayed with us! :)

Havent had the pool all summer so far. Lease up end of July. Wanted me to sign a new lease and raised the rent. Some rules apply to sum but not all. I wouldn't recommend living here.
